How To Build A Maze That Actually Holds
Most tower defence losses come from geometry, not from weak towers. If enemies walk a short path past your guns, no amount of damage will save you. The fix is to make them walk further.
Start by leaving a single winding corridor. Every extra corner is extra seconds inside your firing range. In games like Ironmaze Defenders, a good spiral can double how long each enemy stays exposed.
Don't cram every tower at the entrance. Spread them so the whole path is covered, and put your slow or freeze towers early to buy your damage towers more time on target.
Finally, always leave one cheap tower slot empty near the exit. That's your emergency button when a fast wave slips through. A last-second placement has saved me more runs than any big upgrade.
