Hollow Lantern

Hollow Lantern is slow in the best way. You guide a small figure through dark caverns lit only by a swinging lantern, solving gentle environmental puzzles and uncovering what happened down there.

There's almost no text. The game trusts you to read its rooms, and it rewards curiosity with little wordless story beats. I found myself lingering in scenes just to look at them.

It's not hard, and it's not long, but it left a stronger impression than plenty of bigger games. A perfect bedtime title.
